ALNWAL CRM Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This policy explains how ALNWAL CRM and the ALNWAL mobile application collect, use, store, and share information for field sales, distribution, and customer relationship management services.
Information we collect
- Account and company information, such as name, phone number, role, organization, warehouse, and permissions.
- Field activity data, such as visits, check-ins, check-outs, tasks, orders, collections, returns, expenses, notes, and related timestamps.
- Location data while the user is working. This can include foreground and background location when work status is ON, so the organization can track active routes, verify visits, and support field operations.
- Photos or files that users choose to upload for visits, orders, expenses, or other business records.
- Device and app information used for diagnostics, notifications, sync reliability, and security, such as device type, push token, battery status, network status, and app activity logs.
How we use information
- To provide CRM, field sales, distribution, visit management, route tracking, inventory, invoicing, collections, and reporting features.
- To sync offline mobile records with the organization's cloud account.
- To send operational notifications, such as task, order, approval, and sync alerts.
- To protect accounts, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability.
Location tracking
- ALNWAL uses background location only for signed-in field users while work status is ON.
- On iOS, the system location permission request appears directly after the user chooses Start Work. On Android, an in-app background-location disclosure appears before the system request as required by the platform.
- Users can stop location tracking by turning work status OFF or by changing location permission in device settings.
- Location data is visible to authorized users in the same organization, such as supervisors and managers.
Storage and sharing
- Mobile data may be stored locally on the device for offline use and then synced to ALNWAL servers.
- Uploaded files may be processed or stored using cloud storage providers such as Cloudinary.
- Push notifications may use Firebase services.
- Service providers that process personal data for ALNWAL are required to protect it to the same or an equivalent standard and may use it only to provide the contracted service.
- We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the user's organization, service providers that operate ALNWAL, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
- Account and business records are retained while the organization uses ALNWAL and afterwards only for the operational, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and legal periods that apply to the record.
- Users or organizations can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information from the mobile app's Settings screen or by contacting ALNWAL support.
- After a valid deletion request, data that is not subject to a required retention period is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. ALNWAL confirms requests that require additional processing time.
- Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, tax, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Security
- ALNWAL uses access controls, authentication, tenant separation, and operational safeguards to protect customer data.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.
